Until September 10, 2017, while staying at Hotel des Ecrivains, do not forget to visit the exhibition “Ciao Italia !” at the National Museum of Histories of Immigrations.
Very few knows indeed, that Italian immigrants are a major foreign community in France. Actually, hundreds of thousands of Italians had started to immigrate to France at the middle of 19th century.
Through an abundance of documents, artistic works and movies, “Ciao Italia!” relates all the complexities of this Franco-italian community at the light of modern history and their cultures in France (1860-1960).

To visit the exhibition, take the Subway line 6 or bus 64.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm. Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
Single price: 6 €.
The ticket includes entrance to the Museum's permanent exhibition and temporary exhibitions.
Admission is free for children and persons under 26, and free for everyone on the first Sunday of each month
